Since defeat in Hoover Dam Caesar has moved east of Texas, past the legendary cyclones that rage for most of the months of the year.

Lawless and uncontrolled city.

NCR calls it “Dog Town”, because of the hordes of dogs reportedly infesting it. There may be groups of scavengers and 'prospectors' attempting to gather enough salvage to make some caps. Most of the city has not been salvaged due to its remote location and packs of feral dogs roaming the streets day and night.
BoulderEdit
Known as "Stone City" or "Stone Town" Boulder is a ghoul-infested wasteland with the exception of one hardened, high-tech installation on a mountainside above the city.
ReddingEdit
A powerful van Graffs caravan family operates there. Because of it the NCR has difficulty expanding north. The van Graffs trade gold and weapons.
New RenoEdit
The Wright family trades in drugs and prostitution there. They are independent of the NCR.
